He previously worked at the CyberPeace Institute, focusing on the impacts of emerging technologies on international peace and security, and at the Geneva Center for Security Policy, where he addressed governance challenges related to AI, manipulation operations, and lethal autonomous weapons. Gwyn holds an MA in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, specializing in AI Ethics, and is an AiCore-certified machine learning engineer.
