Short Timelines Scenario Planning for AI Arms Control
This paper investigates the game-theoretic structure of AI arms control, articulates the goals of arms control, fleshes out possible enforcement mechanisms, evaluates the analogy to nuclear arms control, and uses scenario mapping to support the hypothesis that the route to ASI does not significantly alter the fundamental feasibility of arms control negotiation.
